What a great experience today receiving my 1st right hip steroid inj. This group plans for a successful work day for a reason - don’t spend extra time on paperwork - ins pics & arrive early or on time - be dressed appropriately :)
Dr Wagoner was Very polite informed professional & listened to me. He is very easy to talk with & gave me time for ques. Attention to Detail !
He & his nurses during the 9:30am inj. were CARING & it was very relaxing - clean area soft music - dr told you before he was touching ur body each step of the way - it was reassuring that the nurse had her hand softly on my shoulder - wow I have never encountered that in a drs ofc - I will be coming to Gershon Pain for my back & shoulder & knee evaluations & my future health concerns are no longer a worry! I’m in good hands with Dr Wagoner & Sarah Cullen NP! I have never encountered a rude staff member in this practice & my soon to be 87yr old mom is a patient in this practice also!

Dr Wagoner is awesome. He takes the time to explain the procedure in detail before the procedure and then step by step during the procedure. He is kind, compassionate , and gentle. His staff is also amazing . Made sure I was comfortable and talked to me all thru the procedure making sure I was ok. Highly recommend if you need an epidural injection

Well this entire group is awesome, from the front desk staff..very friendly and professional. The ladies in the back are friendly and professional as well. But Sarah is just the boom! She is so kind she takes good care of me. She explains everything to me, and we decides what is the best treatment. I thank Sarah for all that you have for me. Dr. Gershon is the best in this practice. I tell others of the great care of this office. Thanks all of you.

About a year ago my family physician recommended Gershon Pain Specialist because I was in excruciating pain in my lower back and hip. I had had other treatments and PT prior to that, but nothing lifted the pain! On my first visit and consultation, Dr Gershon diagnosed my problem areas, started that day with injections. I experienced relief that very day! I was scheduled for future appointments, diagnostic tests and injections. Over the months , I received more injections coupled with physical therapy. I had to be faithful to my appointments and to exercising at home. I am Happy to say that I am free of the severe pain! Many thanks to Steven Gershon, MD and Derrick Wagoner for guiding me through the series of injections. Also, thanks to Sara Cullen, NP, for her kind and expert care. She talked to me about the various levels of treatment, she coordinated with my physical therapist and other specialists as needed. She has been a friend to me during this long time of recovery! I HIGHLY recommend Gershon Pain Specialists to all!

Dr. Wagner and his team, Lisa and Aspen have extraordinary work ethics, they are an efficient team focused on providing exceptional medical care. They provide emotional support sharing information with patients that is specific to their particular needs and expectations. The team exemplifies kindness-they are friendly, generous and considerate. To the team, it is essential to treat patients as people, not just the illnesses they have, patients are treated with compassion and respect. Acts of kindness is the daily norm.

The nursing/support staff are comforting and professional. Dr Wagoner is patient, and deliberate. He explains truths about my care very thoroughly. While doing the procedure, Dr Wagoner is calming and takes great care. I trust them with my spine.

I just got my first SI JOINT INJECTION.
The procedure was easier than I expected. I had 11 injections prior to this overseas, and it was rough. I thought it was going to be the same, but when the doctor told me he was done. I was amazed by his practice.

Sarah is the Best. She fully and patiently explains everything about your treatment plan. She answers all your questions and makes sure you are comfortable before walking out of the office. I would very much recommend Sarah to anyone suffering with chronic pain.

Dr. Gershon cares about his patients and I have felt that I was always in good hands. He explained everything perfectly to me and his treatment plans worked great for me. I'm so grateful to have found Gershon Pain Management team,his entire staff, partners are all wonderful, and don't know what I would have done without them. I have been extremely pleased with the care and expertise provided by Dr. Wagoner and his staff. Dr Wagoner does an excellent job explaining the epidural injections I receive and the injections have always been painless. He also tells you what he is doing during the procedure and what "discomfort" to expect. I highly recommend him for providing back pain relief.

Had an epidural procedure administered by Dr. Wagoner, who made it a very pleasant experience. Prior to the procedure Dr. Wagoner was very informative, and his calm demeanor put me at ease as he addressed every one of my concerns. The procedure was a breeze thanks to the doctor's medial skills and the professionalism of his two assistants, Lisa and Aspen, who the doctor call his dream team. Both ladies are true professionals, they are extremely thoughtful and kind to their patients. They made me feel like a VIP (a very important person) I felt they truly cared about my well being,
